The journal disseminates peer reviewed original research results in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and Applied Linguistics, in both print and open-access formats. Contributions must be written exclusively in English and should address one of the following categories: a) Foreign language teaching and learning b) Bilingualism and multilingualism c) Teaching culture and intercultural issues d) Gender and language e) Language education f) Teacher education g) Discourse analysis h) Curriculum development i) Literary studies and applied linguistics j) Sociolinguistics k) Psycholinguistics l) Phonetics and phonology m) English for specific purposes n) Language testing and assessment o) Pragmatics
